Shipping and Contact

Normally, we prefer contact via telephone, as questions are quickly and easily answered, with less chance of misunderstanding, unlike email. Email contact takes a lot of time for us, as Karen must dictate each response letter to me after I get home from work. Therefore, phone calls are appreciated.

We are located in Washington State, which is in the Pacific Standard Time zone. We are usually outside most of the day, but do check the phone message machine every time we come in. Best times to reach us "live" are 7am to 9am, and 6pm to 8pm our time. You may call between those times, but most likely will reach the answering machine. If you miss us, please leave a message. We will return your call as soon as possible. If you don't recieve a call back within a few hours, please try again, as sometimes the answering machine likes to garble the message. All we ask are no calls after 8pm our time without prior approval.

I've posted a graphic of our email which makes it more difficult for spam bots to read. You will need to type it into your email program, letter for letter. Emails are answered on a time available basis.

We are experienced at shipping via Air for those that live out of the area. Charges vary due to airlines and seasons, and can be discussed via phone prior to purchasing your new friend. If this is your first time shipping an animal, we will help walk you through the process. There are charges for a crate, health certificate, and airline shipping charges.
